Season 2025 - Sommelier Position at Vila Joya
Starting late February or early March 2025 until November 2025, for our two Michelin star restaurant, we are seeking a personable and knowledgeable Sommelier to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert wine service and recommendations tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs.
2. Ensure flawless wine service, proper serving temperatures, and glassware presentation.
3. Offer wine pairing suggestions to elevate the dining experience.
4. Engage with guests, sharing insights about wines to enhance their overall experience.
5. Maintain proper records of wine sales.
6. Collaborate with and support the service and kitchen teams.
