This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in a regulated industry and grow within a structured quality environment.IEFP Eligibility (mandatory)Candidates must be eligible for one of the following IEFP programs:
INICIAR InternshipRegistered as unemployed with IEFPAged between 18 and 35Qualification level 4 or 5 (QNQ)+TALENTO InternshipYoung unemployed registered with IEFP or permanent emigrant returned for at least 12 monthsUp to 35 years oldQualification level 6 or higher (QNQ) What we're looking for
Background in Quality Management, Compliance, Life Sciences, Administration, Management, or similarStrong interest in working in a regulated industryFluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)- Solid knowledge of:- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)- Google Workspace (GSheets, GDocs, GDrive)- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities- Comfortable working with documentation and structured processes- Willing to commute daily to Penacova- Proven experience in administrative, quality, or compliance roles is a strong plusNice to have (big plus)
Experience in Portuguese HR processesKnowledge of basic accounting principlesFamiliarity with quality standards (ISO, GMP, GACP, etc.)Previous experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, medical cannabis, etc.) What you'll be doingYou will directly support theCompliance & Quality Department, including:
Managing controlled documentationSupporting supplier qualification processes (sending, tracking, reviewing documentation)Assisting with SOP organization and updatesMaintaining digital filing systems and compliance recordsPreparing documentation for audits and inspectionsTracking corrective actions and internal follow-upsWriting and managing professional emails (in Portuguese and English)Organizing internal records and compliance databasesSupporting cross-departmental documentation needs What we offer
