Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* As a Solution Specialist, you are responsible for providing application support to CTRM systems (Trading, Research, Operations). Collaborate with all the applications stakeholders to achieve high availability, security, compliance and user satisfaction. Be a functional and technical reference for all matters pertaining Front Office applications.
Requirements:
* Experience working with CTRM systems either doing support or another role.
* Experience with ITIL or a similar service management framework.
* Experience working with enterprise-level applications.
* Familiarity with interface troubleshooting between different systems.
* 4 years of working experience in large and complex organizations.
* Knowledge of the ITIL service management framework.
* Strong understanding of enterprise-level applications.
* Skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Familiarity with application integration technologies such as XML/ JSON/ Webservice
* Knowledge of Database Management Systems and SQL.
* Good communication qualities, coach team members, influence stakeholders, and provide technical direction.
* Ability to think strategically and align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English.
