Cross‐functional team work is needed, track KPIs to measure success, and facilitate training on process improvement, such as Kaizen, to enhance overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to optimize productivity, cost-reduction, and quality (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)Identify, analyze, and improve business processes, workflows, and proceduresLead improvement projects from inception to completion, managing project scope, timeline, and resourcesUtilize data analytics to measure process performance, track KPIs, and report to senior leadershipCultivate a culture of continuous improvement, facilitate Kaizen events, and train employees on problem‐solving toolsProficient in data analysis to identify bottlenecks and validate improvementsYour ProfileDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. A master's degree (MBA) is a plusProven experience (3–5+ years) in process improvement, manufacturing, or operationsDeep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream MappingBlack Belt.
