We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will be expected to establish and maintain a company-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.

Description
- Develop and implement a strategic, long-term security roadmap.
- Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.
- Review and approve security policies and controls.
- Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations.
- Communicate and advocate the company's security policy and procedures.
- Identify and manage security risks and incidents.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to ensure security throughout the company's infrastructure.
Profile
- Proven experience as a CISO in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of risk assessment procedures, policy formation, and role-based authorization methodologies.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of complex IT systems, including experience with cloud-based services.
