We seek a dynamic sales leader to spearhead our EU business expansion from scratch.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs through proactive outreach and engagement.
* Business Growth & Performance Metrics: Drive regional success by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).
* Full Sales Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire sales lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance.
* Client & Partner Relationship Management: Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
* Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behavior, and market dynamics in the DACH region.
* Localized Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
* Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.
* Good command of English for business communication (German proficiency is a strong plus).
* High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
* Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
* Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
* Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and committed to ND growth.
