We are now entering a new phase of expansion with the ambition to build the most advanced and professionalized fleet operation in the country.The TVDE sector remains highly inconsistent in quality, and our mission is simple: bring professionalism, efficiency, and operational excellence to an industry that needs it.To deliver on this mission at scale, we're assembling a senior leadership team capable of building the systems, teams, and processes required for hypergrowth.
As part of this next chapter, we are hiring a Head of Growth who will architect, own, and scale the entire driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention engine that powers Ubimov's growth.The RoleThe Head of Growth owns Ubimov's growth engine end-to-end.
This includes driver acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and the overall value proposition that attracts drivers to our platform.
Your mission is to build a scalable, predictable, and high-performing growth engine, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified drivers ready to work with Ubimov.This is a role for a senior, highly autonomous builder: someone who understands sales processes, user funnels, drivers' motivations, and how to create structured acquisition and retention models from scratch.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, spending time in the field, talking to drivers, refining the funnel, and iterating rapidly based on insight.You will shape how Ubimov attracts, activates, and supports drivers today, and build the playbook that scales this engine into the future.You Will Own1.
Driver Acquisition, Marketing & ActivationYour mission is to ensure a predictable and high-quality flow of drivers entering the Ubimov ecosystem.Build and own the full driver acquisition engine: channels, messaging, funnels, partners, and conversion flowsDesign and execute targeted marketing initiatives (digital, referral, community, partnerships, field activations) to attract and convert qualified driversDevelop a deep understanding of driver motivations and market dynamics to shape our acquisition and marketing strategyDefine and refine Ubimov's value proposition to ensure competitiveness and differentiationDesign and implement automation across the acquisition and onboarding funnel to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and increase conversionSelect, implement, and own the CRM and tooling stack needed to professionalize and scale driver acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle managementOwn the onboarding and activation journey: documentation, training, compliance, and conversionMinimize time-to-activation and optimize funnel performance at every stepBuild driver pipeline forecasting aligned with fleet availability and growth goalsYou will build the growth engine that sustains Ubimov's fleet at scale2.
Driver Retention & ExperienceYour responsibility extends beyond acquisition, you will ensure drivers stay, earn, and thrive within our ecosystem:Design and implement the driver retention strategy across communication, incentives, satisfaction, and lifecycle managementBuild feedback loops and insights from drivers to continuously improve experience and performanceCreate programs for driver success, satisfaction, and longevityOwn driver lifecycle CRM: onboarding ? activation ? retention ? reactivationWork closely with Ops to ensure driver experience remains stable during vehicle incidents, downtime, or operational changesAdvocate for drivers internally, ensuring their needs inform product, operations, and support decisions3.
Operational Excellence & SystemsArchitect the systems, workflows, and automations that support scaling the grrowth engineSelect and optimize CRM tools, communication systems, and growth platformsBuild dashboards to track acquisition, conversion, activation, and churnUse data to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and untapped opportunitiesCreate a structured experimentation framework to test and scale new acquisition leversOwn the Ubimov Growth Playbook, defining the standards and operating model that will be replicated as the company expandsEnsure compliance across onboarding, documentation, and driver eligibility4.
Team Leadership & CultureYou will build and lead the Growth team from scratch.Hire, coach, and develop talent across acquisition, onboarding, and retentionFoster a culture of ownership, creativity, and accountabilityLead with clarity and data-driven decision-makingRoll up your sleeves and join field efforts to understand drivers firsthandBuild a results-oriented team that moves fast and executes with precision5.
Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with the Head of Operations to align driver supply with fleet readinessWork with founders on growth strategy, expansion plans, and prioritizationProvide insights and forecasting for financial planning and strategic decision-makingAlign with product/tech team to improve tools supporting the driver acquisition and retention funnelPartner with marketing teams or agencies to optimize acquisition campaignsWhat Great Looks LikeYou are:A senior growth leader with experience building and scaling acquisition or onboarding engines in high-volume environments (mobility, gig economy, operations, or similar)Strong in sales processes: from top-of-funnel acquisition to activation, conversion, and ongoing engagementA builder who has created systems, playbooks, or teams from scratch and thrives in fast-moving, unstructured contextsSkilled at operating at two levels:Strategic: defining acquisition models, forecasting supply needs, shaping the value propositionHands-on: testing channels, speaking with drivers, refining messaging, fixing funnel gapsData-driven, analytical, and comfortable owning CRM systems, funnel automation, and tooling to professionalize the driver journeyHighly autonomous and self-disciplined, with strong ownership and decision-making abilityWhat You Bring+5 years of experience in growth, consultancy or commercial rolesProven ability to build and scale acquisition funnels end-to-endHands-on experience with CRM tools and funnel automationComfortable using data to analyze funnel performance and drive decisionsExperience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environmentsFluent in Portuguese (English is a strong plus)Ability to work on-site in LisbonWhat We OfferA fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting where your work has immediate and visible impactThe opportunity to work directly with the foundersAutonomy to build and lead your own teamCompetitive senior compensation packageGenerous vacation policyHybrid flexibility with meaningful on-the-ground presence in Lisbon
