We are seeking a professional to manage bookings, assist clients, and handle back-office tasks as a customer service agent.
* Responsibilities:
* Manage bookings by altering, cancelling, or creating new reservations via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist clients in the after-sales process by answering inquiries and handling requests.
* Manage reservations back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.
To succeed in this role, you need:
* A native level of German and good level of English.
* Enthusiasm for travel and tourism industry.
* Strong communication and active listening skills.
* Energy, proactivity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* An interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.
* Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
* A valid Portuguese work permit.
