Job Role Overview
We are seeking a talented IT professional to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in IT service management, HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors suite. Advanced knowledge of integrated global IT landscapes and cloud solutions is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Platform Management: Oversee the SuccessFactors platform, including daily operations, performance, and reliability.
* SAP Support: Collaborate with module owners and drive enhancements, ensuring governance.
* Tenant Management: Oversee SAP Tenants: Handle provisioning, system refreshes, tenant copies, and release management.
* Provider Coordination: Act as main contact for SAP and external service partners.
* Data Integration: Ensure seamless processes by collaborating with Master Data and Integration teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3 years of experience in IT service management, HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors suite.
* Advanced knowledge of integrated global IT landscapes and cloud solutions.
* Project management skills.
