The Master Data role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable master data that supports efficient business operations across multiple functions. The position requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance data governance and overall process effectiveness.
Description
Key Responsabilities:

Data Management:
Manage and maintain master data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity;
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to align data processes with business needs;
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal data governance frameworks, guidelines, and regulatory requirements;
Issue Resolution:
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely and structured manner;
Continuous Improvement:
Support initiatives that enhance data quality, efficiency, and overall process optimization.
Profile
What you bring:

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in accounting, administrative roles, or system support (ERP experience is a strong plus);
Communication:
English (B1+) both written and spoken;
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach to troubleshooting. Interest in data tools, automation, and process improvement methodologies;
Team Spirit:
Collaborative behavior, strong interpersonal communication, and a sense of shared responsibility.
