Job Description
The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
* Designing and implementing internal controls over financial reporting including accounting policy implementations SOX distributed controllership process simplification and internal controls over IPP monitoring risk.
* Advising management in the function or in the business has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.
* Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline business solutions works with cross-functional teams has major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function P&L
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance Accounting focus at least 5 years experience Operational Finance 10+ years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have great verbal written communication skills ability build collaborative relationships with teams customers experience leading working teams deliver successful projects initiatives demonstrate multi-task effectively balance priorities fast-moving time-sensitive environment be good team player enjoy collaborating solving problems others.
