Key Sales Professional Role
As a critical sales program specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and scalable sales programs across a diverse range of customers. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue and product adoption by providing a variety of services that address our advertisers' needs.
Responsibilities:
* Gain knowledge and passion for leading social media products and community standards.
* Possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
* Provide support through online chat, emails, instant messaging, and phone calls.
* Collect advertiser requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and apply technology and product knowledge to address advertisers' business needs.
* Act as a point of contact to provide consultative support on agencies and advertisers' accounts.
* Drive advertiser communications and technical issue resolution, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Educate advertisers on product usage, troubleshoot and resolve complex cases.
* Complete required tasks within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
* Hold good language requirements in Norwegian and English.
* Complete and pass all required training provided by the client.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience or relevant industry certification in digital marketing, e-commerce, B2B/B2C sales, digital ad sales, or related field.
* Comfortable over the phone and navigating CRM systems.
* Able to provide exceptional customer support.
* Strong understanding of social media.
* C1 level in German.
