Mission
As Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they have the best experience from ticket purchase to event day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Understand user requests and respond quickly in compliance with general terms and conditions.
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions such as automation, macros, or shortcuts.
- Communicate customer insights to tech, product, production, and logistics teams to improve experience.
- Participate in diversifying app and website content related to customer experience (FAQ, refund policy, etc.).
- Collaborate with international teams to maintain strong teamwork.
Requirements
- Empathy and genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving in any situation.
- Fluency in French and Portuguese;
good written and spokenEnglish.
- Structured, organized, and rigorous.
- Self-efficient, autonomous, and willing to get hands dirty.
- Eager to learn and ready to commit to a fast-growing startup.
