Mission of the Role Visteon's Global Treasury Operations team is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to own the direct cash flow forecasting cycle for the Americas region, covering the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, process transformation, and liquidity management within a publicly traded, global automotive technology company.The analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Americas cash forecasting, daily cash position reporting, foreign exchange trade support, and cross‐functional data coordination. This position is critical to Treasury's ability to deliver accurate, timely liquidity insights to senior leadership and the CFO's office.Key objectives of the role Direct Cash Flow Forecasting (DCF) – AmericasOwn the 13‐week rolling direct cash forecast for all Americas entities (US, Mexico, Brazil), building entity‐level inputs and consolidating into regional files.Gather, validate, and reconcile forecast inputs from six or more cross‐functional sources: Tax, AP, AR, Sales, HR/Payroll, and Warranty – coordinating across informal email, Teams, and Excel‐based channels.Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows using root‐cause methodology; prepare monthly variance commentary for senior leadership review.Track customer payment timing patterns, supplier shipment cycles, and FX fluctuations to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.Collaborate with EMEA and APAC regional analysts to align methodology, structure, and best practices toward a globally consistent forecasting model.Drive the transition from a static monthly forecast to a scalable rolling 13‐week model as part of Treasury's 2026 strategic transformation.Daily Cash Position ReportingCollect and record daily cash movements for all Americas bank accounts, capturing inflows, outflows, opening balances, and closing balances at the account level.Access multiple bank portals to retrieve transaction data; update the cashbook and prepare summary tables for the daily management email.Monitor US accounts daily, Mexico accounts daily, and all other Mexico and Brazil accounts weekly – flagging large unexpected movements immediately regardless of cadence.Explain key drivers of daily fluctuations (vendor payments, customer receipts, IC transfers, tax disbursements, FX settlements) in clear, leadership‐ready commentary.Foreign Exchange (FX) Trade Support – BrazilCoordinate weekly FX trades (Thursday execution for Friday settlement) for Brazilian supplier payments in foreign currencies, obtaining competitive quotes from Bank of America and JP Morgan.Handle ad‐hoc urgent FX payment runs with the same rigor: compare rates, document confirmations, and update the cashbook same‐day.Support Cash‐in‐Transit conversions (USD to BRL) for incoming receipts, coordinating with the AR team and executing FX conversion through bank portals.Communicate trade details (rate, amount, currency pair, value date, confirmation reference) to AP contacts for supplier payment execution.Intercompany Funding & Operational Treasury SupportCoordinate intercompany funding instructions between requesting entities, Treasury leadership (approvals from Senior Manager, Treasury Director, and Finance Director), and the AP team executing payments.Monitor cashbook balances and forecasted flows to identify interest rate optimization opportunities, synthesizing data from multiple sources to recommend surplus cash transfers.Support the Reynosa ZBA account movements reporting and month‐end reconciliation processes for Brazil (QAD‐based reconciliations covering loans, prepaid insurance, bank guarantees, bank fees, and cash‐in‐transit).Track corporate loan balances and prepare beginning‐of‐month/end‐of‐month accounting reconciliations.Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive tasks – target automating at least 1–2 steps in the DCF cycle by Q3.Support the standardization of information requests and reporting workflows, replacing fragmented email‐based data collection with structured templates and defined submission channels.Contribute to the development and enhancement of Treasury playbooks, SOPs, and desktop procedure documentation for all Americas processes.Support TMS implementation and optimization (Kyriba), including bank connectivity, automated statement ingestion, and FX trade execution workflows.Contribute to Power BI dashboard development for liquidity reporting, forecast accuracy KPIs, and variance analytics.Cross‐Functional Coordination & ReportingBuild and maintain relationships with Shared Services (AP/AR), FP&A, Tax, Controllers, and regional operations teams to ensure data quality and timeliness.Prepare and present liquidity reports, dashboards, and forecast summaries for leadership review, including inputs to the CFO liquidity pack.Support internal audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation, bank portal proof, payment segregation evidence, and reconciliation records.Participate in monthly cross‐functional meetings with Tax, Legal, and Accounting to ensure alignment on intercompany movements, repatriations, and statutory payments.Qualification, Experience and SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in treasury operations, direct cash forecasting, or corporate finance within a multinational environment.Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting methodologies, liquidity management, and working capital concepts.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: financial modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and multi‐tab workbook management.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate independently across time zones.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
