Your mission will be…
* In this role, you will play a critical part in making sure that the cybersecurity of delivered substation automation systems by Siemens meets required standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
* Lead the cybersecurity assessments, design, implementation, and validation of substation automations projects.
* Ensure compliance with 62443 and relevant regulatory requirements for Critical Infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, threat models, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments tailored to power energy environment.
* Conduct security reviews and gap analyses of substation automation systems and network architecture.
* Work closely with customers, design engineers, commissioning and operations teams to implement secure system configurations and mitigate cyber risks.
* Oversee cybersecurity audits, participate in penetration testing efforts, and ensure all findings are addressed in a timely manner.
* Provide training and awareness to internal/external stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and compliance needs.
We are looking for someone with…
* Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., IEC 62443 Expert, CISSP, CISM, GICSP) are a plus.
* 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within high-voltage substations and other critical infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
* Hands-on experience with network security tools, secure architecture design, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection systems.
* Deep understanding of OT (Operational Technology) and ICS/SCADA cybersecurity in the power energy sector.
* Experience in risk management for both IT and OT environments is highly advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized.
* Willingness to travel globally.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
