We are looking for Horizon Europe Consultants | Proposal & Project Managers to join the team. What You'll DoSpot funding opportunities and assess their strategic fit; Write strong, competitive proposals, from narrative to budget; Build and manage international consortia; Run meetings, keep partners aligned, and make collaboration work; Manage funded projects end to end, from compliance to deliverables; Help improve how we work, every cycle. What We're Looking ForMaster's (or higher) degree in a relevant field; Experience with Horizon Europe or Horizon 2020 proposal writing and project management is a strong plus; Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, fundable narratives; Genuine enthusiasm for working across diverse sectors, from engineering, digital technologies, and energy to health, culture, social sciences, inclusive societies, and democratic governance, bridging the technical and the human; Sharp organizational skills and calm under deadline pressure; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent written and spoken English (UK) Creativity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to keep getting better at what you do; Willingness to travel.
