We are looking for a Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the deployment of the Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland.
2. Manage initiatives (i.e., sub-projects) up to Go live as per defined.
3. Third-Party Risk Management process, governance, and methodology.
4. Provide operational support to group teams in their implementation of the extended team in Portugal, India, and Poland, organize change management for onshore teams.
5. Work with SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc.) to identify the main risks.
6. Mitigate the risks by defining, following, and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as defined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program).
7. Elaborate the contract (SLA, billing process) between group Department and each location concerned, and supervise the contracting.
8. Contribute to the reporting required at group level (monthly steering committee) and by IT Group Central Sourcing teams (project card, risks, etc.).
Requirements:
1. Project management experience.
2. Risk Knowledge & outsourcing awareness.
3. General knowledge on IT topics or IT Risk and Cyber.
4. Ability to Synthetise/Simplify.
5. Communication Skills - Oral & Written.
6. Proactive, act as a critical thinker.
7. Ability to explain and manage the change.
8. Ability to lead a meeting, seminar, committee, seminar.
9. Ability to establish and activate networks.
10. Ability to negotiate.
11. Ability to understand defined Governance and Methodology, to elaborate transversal processes.
12. Proficiency in English.
