* On-site technical support for users and systems.

* Resolution of incidents and support for emerging/critical situations.
* Direct support in the continuous improvement of IT factory processes.
Technical Stack & Requirements
* Essential: Proficiency in Windows systems and Office tools.
* Essential: Solid experience in hardware/software technical support.
* Essential: Network configuration and maintenance.
* Essential: Fluent English.
* Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and Visual Basic.
