Responsibilities
* Formalizing functional requirements and managing the Change Request cycle.
* Applying BA best practices and conducting pre-analysis in collaboration with Business units.
* Clarifying, critically analyzing, and challenging business needs while ensuring validation of functional solutions.
* Providing functional expertise and guidance to IT developers throughout the lifecycle.
* Contributing to functional testing activities and assisting Business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Following all project/release phases, ensuring adherence to workflows, schedules, and deadlines.
* Maintaining a high standard of reporting regarding project status and progress.
Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of Tax operations and workflows.
* Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
* Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL).
* Language Skills: Mastery of English.
* General IT knowledge and experience with Custody services are considered a distinct advantage.
