Job Description
As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for coordinating IT activities in our international network of subsidiaries. Your role will involve monitoring and controlling various IT aspects, including operation, maintenance, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting country managers in their IT roles
* Managing the project portfolio of our clusters, including escalation and arbitration
* Coordinating Group IT actions, including networks, infrastructure, architecture, and support
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery quality
* Supporting clusters in applying our MAK'IT methodology and implementing new processes
Budget Monitoring:
* Supporting clusters in constructing annual IT budgets
* Reviewing and analyzing financial elements with controlling groups and clusters for quarterly closings
* Consolidating budget analysis and reporting
Cluster Governance:
* Defining and animating governance bodies with local teams
* Implementing operational reviews with the Service Delivery Manager of our Group Infrastructure department
* Providing regular reporting on risks and weather-related issues
Requirements:
* A high-school diploma, engineering school, business school, or university degree (or equivalent)
* At least 5 years of experience in an international IT environment
* Knowledge of IT management control, budget creation/monitoring/budgeting processes
* Arbitration and negotiation skills
* Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
