Visual Merchandising Lead
The role of a Visual Merchandising Lead is pivotal in bringing retail displays to life through visually captivating store arrangements. As a key representative, this individual will strike a balance between creative expression and commercial acumen to ensure visual consistency and excellence across all stores within a territory.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and support the monthly execution of visual directives, providing guidance, training, and strategic feedback to stores.
* Complete key administrative tasks (photo decks, visit reports, whereabouts, feedback) and submit weekly/monthly updates to Regional Visual Merchandiser.
* Share innovative ideas (CompShop) on a monthly basis and participate in weekly team calls.
* Lead assigned projects and collaborate with internal/external partners (e.g., marketing, suppliers).
* Host monthly walkthroughs with store management and support the annual Visual Merchandising summit.
* Coordinate and install seasonal campaigns and provide post-installation feedback.
* Lead planning and execution of new store openings and relocations.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of retail experience, creating visual directives or similar.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and the addition of PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to interface with internal and external partners.
* Ability to travel and work within a team or independently.
