As a Senior Project Manager – New Product Introduction, you will coordinate cross-functional activities to plan, organize, and implement new products, product line enhancements, quality improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
Your daily mission
* Coordinate and align cross-functional efforts on projects of varying complexity.
* Develop detailed project plans, including resource coordination, activities, and timelines.
* Ensure project deliverables meet cost, schedule, quality, and manufacturability targets.
* Facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and information flow across stakeholders.
* Monitor project risks and ensure adherence to company processes and standards.
* Prepare and present project status updates and performance reports to management.
* Liaise with suppliers, consultants, and external partners to support project success.
* Occasionally travel, including internationally, to support project execution.
Your qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA and Project Management Professional certification are a plus).
* 7–10 years of experience in product development, with exposure to cross-functional project work.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office and CAD applications.
* Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including internationally.
