We are looking for a graduate or junior professional eager to work in the life science marketing industry, responsible for managing projects with several teams in digital campaigns (Paid Media, Email Campaigns, etc.) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DV 360, Google Ads, LinkedIn Business Account, and more.
Working closely with the commercial and local teams, the role involves technical feasibility assessment and operational implementation, ensuring best practices to achieve channel engagement and business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assess technical feasibility and develop solutions to address business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools.
* Conduct competitive intelligence on landscape, competitors, and new technology.
* Identify and connect with appropriate contacts within organizations.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers/clients.
* Understand customer needs and respond with effective plans.
* Have a good understanding of the company's products or services and advise others accordingly.
* Follow best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation.
* Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of developments.
* Create targeting segments.
* Perform quality assurance testing to validate performance.
* Support global and local teams by troubleshooting systems, tools, processes, and data.

* Experience with Marketing Automation Software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
