Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Profile: * Assist in implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions. * Create and update basic dashboards, alerts, and reports. * Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG. * Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring-related production issues. * Help document observability setups and best practices. * Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines. * Learn and apply observability best practices and tools. Technical Skills: * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (plus). * Entry-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 1–2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations. * Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts). * Familiarity with at least one monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar). * Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure. * Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus. * Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. * Undertanding of development tools.
