Job Description
Drive End‑to‑End Product Delivery and Facilitate Release Planning:
* Oversee delivery of product increments from planning to release.
* Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of initiatives, epics, features aligned with the product roadmap.
* Facilitate, govern, guide planning sessions and workshops for product discovery or initiation.
* Support Product Teams in prioritization and estimation of product features using techniques like RICE, KANO.
* Manage dependencies across squads to ensure smooth, timely progress on product deliverables.
* Work with Product Owners and chapter leads to plan and execute product releases.
* Support pre‑ and post‑product release activities, including L2 support alignment.
* Improve agility in processes and tools to reduce time to market and enable faster deployments to production.
* Ensure frequent releases to gather customer feedback and iterate based on insights.
* Track defect metrics (leakage, defect aging) to maintain quality of deliverables.
Facilitate Risk Management and Metrics Reporting:
* Identify risks that may impact product delivery and mitigate proactively.
* Address impediments and raise issues to stakeholders when needed.
* Track key metrics and OKRs (velocity, lead time, cycle time) to evaluate squad performance.
* Use data‑driven insights to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
* Review product performance (e.g., C‑sat, adoption, KPIs) with Product Owners.
* Create dashboards and reports providing clear visibility into product development progress for stakeholders.
Coach on Agile Processes, Continuous Improvement, and Team Enablement:
* Guide teams in adopting Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) tailored to product development context.
* Coach cross‑functional teams, product leaders, stakeholders to embed Agile mindsets fostering adaptability, autonomy, innovation.
* Act as a catalyst for organizational change by challenging status quo and co‑creating improved ways of working.
* Ensure Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, retrospectives, planning) are productive and value‑driven.
* Encourage teams to reflect on processes, identify improvement areas during retrospectives.
* Promote culture of inspect, adapt, fail fast through Sprint Reviews.
* Foster collaborative environment, psychological safety, accountability, self‑organization.
* Encourage opportunities for innovation, experimentation.
Partner with Product Owners to align delivery with vision, define track OKRs, prioritize backlog for business value, manage expectations and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications – Core Skills & Experience
* 8+ years of Agile delivery experience (Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar).
* Proven track record managing end‑to‑end product delivery across multiple Agile teams.
* Strong experience in product planning, estimation, prioritization, release management.
* Hands‑on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
* Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling practices.
* Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing cross‑team dependencies.
* Strong analytical skills, tracking key metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, OKRs).
* Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, ensuring quality delivery through data‑driven insights.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict‑resolution abilities.
Leadership & Mindset

* Proven ability to coach teams, stakeholders in Agile values, practices.
