You will collaborate closely with our team over one or two days to record and edit compelling video content that highlights our unique culture and mission.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to plan and storyboard video concepts focused on the company's story
- Capture high-quality video footage on site in Lisbon, ensuring all key moments and interviews are recorded
- Direct and guide team members during filming to achieve authentic and engaging content
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for marketing and internal use
- Apply creative storytelling techniques, including music, graphics, and pacing, to enhance viewer engagement
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of story-driven corporate or startup videos
- Advanced skills in video production, lighting, sound, and post-production editing
- Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software (e.G., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate company values into compelling visual narratives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with teams on site
- Must be available to work fully on site in Lisbon, Portugal;
remote or traveling freelancers will not be considered
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, single-project timeline with professionalism and attention to detail
