Job Overview:
The HR IT Solution Manager EMEA plays a pivotal role in overseeing the relationship between our HR department and internal stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for managing data flows, service quality, and process optimization across SAP Cloud, SAP on-prem, and Third-Party products.
Main focus areas include project management, service delivery, and process governance within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will work closely with Global HR IT and Sector IT to align standards, templates, and data protection guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Service Ownership: Develop and maintain relationships with business and IT partners, ensuring seamless data exchange and service quality.
* Project Management: Lead projects related to new requirements and business optimizations in respective countries.
* Service Delivery: Establish and execute demand processes for services, consulting on HR and IT processes end-to-end.
* Process Optimization: Align with global standards, perform audits, and ensure compliance with Data Protection and Cybersecurity rules.
Requirements:
* Academic Background: In Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Work Experience: 3 years of experience in IT, HR systems, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Process experiences.
* Skills: Project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical understanding, basic configuration skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, proficient English language skills (French language is an asset).
