Keylime Consultants are supporting a leading Workday client in Lisbon in the search for a Workday Integration Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Workday customer and take ownership of a dynamic and evolving integration landscape. With critical projects in the pipeline, this role offers the chance to both shape new Workday integrations and ensure the smooth running of existing ones.
This position will suit a technically strong Workday professional with hands-on experience in integrations who is keen to broaden their scope across the wider Workday platform. This is a permanent role that requires two days per week on-site in Lisbon. The company is offering up to €55,000 plus benefits.
Reporting into the HRIS leadership team and working alongside an AMS provider, the new Workday Integration Analyst will:
Build and maintain integrations across the full Workday suite, including EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, and APIs.
Support and improve existing integrations covering areas such as benefits and account provisioning.
Play a key role in upcoming initiatives, including payroll harmonisation across countries and future time tracking implementations.
Take responsibility for delivering both new integration solutions and ongoing enhancements in line with business needs.
Act as the in-house Workday integrations expert, collaborating with IT, HR, and third-party partners to drive system improvements.
Workday Integration Analyst – Required Profile:
Solid technical expertise in Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, APIs).
Experience of building, testing, and supporting a range of integrations in a live Workday environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively in a complex landscape.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
