The Role: Tech Lead Java
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office
Sector: Financial Services
️ Languages: English & French (B2)
✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
* French & English B2;
* Java (8/17/21), Spring Boot, REST APIs;
* Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript;
* Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD;
* GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Oracle/PostgreSQL.
Nice to have:
* Experience with legacy environments and technical debt management;
* Agile/Squad-based delivery experience.
Responsibilities:
* Lead technical development activities and support architecture alignment;
* Ensure code quality, CI/CD integration and technical best practices;
* Support technical documentation, modernization and delivery processes;
* Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
