Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll manage customer inquiries through multiple channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—addressing issues related to accounts, technical support, and financial matters. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding support through phone, chat, email, and social media
* Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical support
* Act as a trusted advisor, particularly for clients in the sports industry
* Respond quickly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns
* Build strong, lasting client relationships through clear and effective communication
* Maintain service excellence while following company policies
* Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
* Fluent in German (C2 level)
* Fluent in English (B2 level)
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* 0-1 year experience in customer support
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
