For further information, please visit: https://www.civiweb.com/FR/le-volontariat-international.aspx and http://careers.faurecia.com/job-offersPLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.Role and environment We are looking for aProgram Controller VIEwho will provide support to theFaurecia Automotive Seatings,and who will be based in Sao Joao de Madeira.The VIE Program Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant in order to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness.ResponsibilitiesIn charge of the accuracy for the forecast regarding the prototypes and tooling costs, sales, cash out and cash INHighlight Program Cash status and provide recommendation to the managementProvide and secure R&D and Program team controlling inputs for actual and forecastSupport in the Monthly follow up of the Program dashboardEnsure reconciliation and alignment between financial reporting (accounting / ERP) and Management reporting per semester before hard close and Gate (Business Plan)Monitor gradually business plan cost data's source to plants on a periodic basisMonitor the Capex spent per semester and alignment with the plants.Support the preparation of the Controlling Functional Milestone for the Program GatesThe mission will last 12 months.
