Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Insensato Café-Livraria in Tomar. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, supporting the cooking process, managing food and beverage supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
Qualifications
* Experience and skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
* Knowledge of Hygiene standards and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
* Familiarity with Food & Beverage management or handling
* Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
* Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
* Basic understanding of food safety regulations is beneficial
