Responsibilities:
* Be the face of IMPRESS, deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
* Greet patients who enter our beautiful flagship clinic.
* Organise patient documentation and medical forms.
* Manage the clinic diaries.
* Maintain confidentiality for ensuring that patient information is kept secure and accessible only to authorised personnel.
* Maximise efficiencies and patient experience.
* Coordinate with booking teams to improve patient flow to clinicians throughout the day.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service
* Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic would be ideal.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Energetic, well-organised and team spirited.
* Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
* Excellent organisational and management skills.
* Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications.
* Availability to travel for ensuring the clinics’ criteria is up to standards.
