We’re looking for an Application Support Specialist (L2) with a strong background in AS400, Unix, and banking systems to join one of our international clients. If you thrive in production environments and enjoy solving real-time issues, this one’s for you!
Mandatory requirements :
* 5+ years of overall experience in IT
* Minimum 2 years in L1 / L2 support roles
* Solid AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
* Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
* Experience supporting banking products :
Investment Instruments, Corporate Actions, Loans, Deposits, Remittances, Foreign Exchange
* Good understanding of general ledger and accounting schemes for financial products
* Excellent level of English (spoken and written)
Nice to have :
* Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA
* Knowledge of Olympic / Midas systems
* Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base articles
* Comfortable working in production support teams with ticket escalation flows
