Senior Tech Lead/Solution Architect Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead/Solution Architect to lead our engineering team, drive technical decisions and shape the future of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers.
* Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards and architectural guidelines.
* Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing and foster a strong engineering culture.
* Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
* Strong proficiency in .NET.
* Experience with Azure.
* Experience with React and Nextjs.
* Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
* Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines and testing practices.
* Ideally previous experience on fintech industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working in agile environments.
* Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
