We are looking for a Frontend Technical Lead for a client, in a hybrid model based in Porto or Lisbon.Responsabilities:Technical Leadership: Drive the development of Web & Mobile (React/React Native) applications, ensuring high performance, UI consistency, and scalable architecture.Delivery Management: Own end-to-end squad delivery, acting as a Scrum Master to remove blockers and ensure predictable, high-quality execution.Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth and accountability.Engineering Excellence: Enforce best practices (CI/CD, code reviews, testing) and align with architecture and security standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product and Platform teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage trade-offs.Requirements:6–10+ years in software engineering.At least 4 years leading teams or in technical leadership roles.Strong experience with React and React Native in production environments.Proven track record of delivering frontend/mobile applications at scale.Solid understanding of backend integration and distributed systems.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum).
