Service Catalogue Management Process Owner
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the Service Catalogue Management process in a global environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of the Service Catalogue Management strategy and roadmap.
* Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
* Build and track governance and process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Manage internal and external service providers, including resource allocation.
* Implement global process implementation projects independently.
* Further develop and implement process training.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering field.
* +3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and controlling IT service management processes in a global environment.
* Basic requirement: ITIL Foundation certification; ITIL V3 Expert certification (desired).
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficient English language skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to contribute to international teams and successfully complete international projects.
* Strategic and tactical skills (developing and improving a service strategy).
* Ability to promote the topic of IT service management and present project results, processes, and concepts at all management levels in an appropriate way for the target group.
* Experience in project management.
* Willingsness to travel up to 15%.
