Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
* Coordinate Software Verification Activities: Plan, organize, and oversee all hardware testing phases for video systems and related security products. Ensure compliance with internal standards and international regulations.
* Project Management: Act as the main point of contact for software verification projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Apply Agile/Scrum for iterative development and Waterfall for structured testing phases.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain teams to align verification activities with product development milestones. Support platform and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate test reports, KPIs, and dashboards for stakeholders. Ensure traceability and documentation for audits and certifications.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in software testing, verification, or quality assurance in electronics or security systems. Proven experience in project coordination and team leadership.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test automation tools, and compliance standards. Familiarity with video security systems, embedded software, and networked devices.
* Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
