Chef de Partie Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie at Victoria Golf Resort & Spa. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and executing exceptional dishes, ensuring impeccable quality and consistency.
Your role will involve overseeing production across various kitchens, including banqueting and restaurant outlets. You will work closely with the Outlet Culinary Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute creatively to menu development.
The ideal candidate will possess 6-7 years of experience in a similar role, including apprenticeship, and have a strong command of the Portuguese language. A culinary diploma or equivalent proven experience is also required. Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel and renowned restaurants is an asset.

* Deliver thoughtful, attentive, and courteous service to guests while supporting colleagues.
* Follow all hygiene and food safety policies when handling food and beverages.
* Ensure consistency in dish preparation and adherence to hotel recipes and standards.
