Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional support to English-speaking users via chat, email, or phone.
* Assist with account issues, platform navigation, and content inquiries.
* Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
* Work efficiently within defined KPIs and service levels.
Requirements
* English at C2 level (written and spoken).
* Valid work permit or residence card in Portugal (mandatory).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
