Overview
Role: Key Account Manager – Off Trade (FMCG)
Responsibilities
* Contributing to the Off Trade strategy by generating customer insights and translating them into actionable plans
* Developing and implementing annual Customer Business Plans tailored to specific customer needs
* Leading customer negotiations and annual agreements, focusing on long-term value creation
* Designing and recommending promotional and activation plans aligned with brand strategy and ROI targets
* Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across internal teams (Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain)
* Driving innovation agendas within accounts to grow category performance
* Leveraging sales data to create value-added business solutions and activations
* Participating in strategic planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
Profile
* 5-8 years of experience in Off Trade, including at least 3 years in account management roles (mandatory)
* Strong commercial and business acumen
* Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
* Collaborative approach and problem-solving attitude
* Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
* Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory)
