Sobre o Papel
: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM implementation, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
Responsabilidades
:
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems as required by customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Provide end-user training and support.
Qualificações
:
5+ years of SFDC or CRM implementation experience.
Full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in one of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
Experience architecting and managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle SFDC implementations of CRM solutions.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc).
Good communication skills.
Analytical capacity and approach, study and understanding of complex scenarios.
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
Habilidades Necessárias
:
