We are now looking for a Support IT Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and 2 support to users of the Silva platform (built on ServiceNow)
* Handle incidents, problems, requests and service catalogue tasks
* Maintain data for Silva service catalogue
* Perform release testing and contribute to Silva monthly upgrades
* Deliver training to Silva key-users when needed
* Manage projects involving only data/config changes
Technical Profile:
* 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and SPM modules
* Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
* Experience with ServiceNow SysAdmin and workflow configuration
* Solid grasp of ITIL V4 and IPC processes
* Experience creating PowerPoint content for training
* Prior experience in international support contexts
Personal Profile:
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Resilience in emergency or changing contexts
* Able to support and guide end-users and peers
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
