What you will do
7. Coach up to two international teams in self-management, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement
8. Facilitate adoption of agile practices, processes, and tools suited to team and organizational context
9. Collaborate with leaders to create conditions for ownership and sustainable delivery of high-quality results
10. Partner with Product Owners to manage complex work and stakeholder collaboration
11. Contribute to organizational change initiatives via the Agile Council
12. Lead team transformation processes and change management, guiding teams through uncertainty and high-pressure environments while establishing new structures and processes
What you´ll bring
13. Degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar
14. 6+ years of experience coaching agile teams
15. Proven ability to manage teams in uncertain times, balancing delivery pressure with structural improvements
16. Strong understanding of agile principles, practices, and tools
17. Commitment to continuous learning (courses, communities, podcasts, books)
18. Familiarity with modern software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, automated testing)
19. Skilled in conflict resolution, active listening, and motivational guidance
20. Hands-on approach with practical improvement focus
21. Comfortable in a diverse, international environment
22. Fluent in English
