We are looking for a Business Analyst - Finance/ ERP Reporting for a project in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance;
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to our reporting applications;
Familiarity with Jira for task and project management;
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting, and it's connection to backend sources;
Apply basic SQLdatabase querying logic to support data analysis and troubleshooting;
Provide supportto data product users;
Answer businessquestions with the help of the project team;
Analyze problems reported by application users, bridging technical understanding with functional explaining;
Provide expert guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders;
Ability to present complex data problems to both, experts, and non-experts;
Conduct training sessions for end-users;
Proficiency in drafting comprehensive documentation for end-users.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of Snowflake/SQL databases and Power BI is a big plus;
Experience in Finance reporting and ERP sources nice to have;
Good level of English.
