We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. As a trusted partner for our clients, you will oversee service governance, manage client operations, and ensure SLAs are met to deliver exceptional outcomes.
* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and aligning services to drive value.
* Develop and execute customized service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
* Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
You will own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, OLAs, and contractual obligations are met or exceeded. You will identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. You will also oversee service transitions, ensuring smooth handovers from project teams to BAU operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with client-facing experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. A minimum of 5 years in Customer Service, Project Management, or Telecom is required.
