We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Comms Cloud DeveloperSeniority: 4+ yearsType of position: HYBRID (at Braga or Coimbra)Responsibilities- Document technical designs and participate in architectural discussions.
- Analyze business processes to design end-to-end journeys using the Comms Cloud data model.
- OmniStudio Development: Build complex, high-performing OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- EPC & CPQ: Configure Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) logic, including product modeling and pricing rules.
- Order Management: Design and implement technical orchestration workflows within the Order Management (OM) module.
- Custom Development: Extend platform capabilities using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and industry-specific APIs.Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong focus on Industry Clouds.
- Proven experience with the Shared Information/Data Model (SID).
