Job Description:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our clients with omnichannel dissemination of medical, safety, and promotional materials to healthcare professionals.
This close-knit group collaborates globally with a wide network, ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Execution:
o Manage all aspects of project delivery from kick-off to final steps, adhering to best practices and key principles.
o Develop and implement project plans, change logs, meeting minutes, issue and risk logs, and update reports.
o Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure timely project execution.
o Understand respective vendor specific requirements and timelines.
o Involve vendors in client discussions only when required.
* Client Interaction:
o Responsible for client communications around project delivery, including day-to-day contact and regular project updates.
o Notify clients about marketing projects and provide updates as agreed upon.
* Business Development:
o Support the Marketing Service Sales Team by providing quotes and consolidated pricing.
o Attend client business development meetings to provide input and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrate strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office suite of applications.
