What you need to have/know:
1 yearof hands-on experience as aSupport Analyst;
Experience withControl-M, SQL, Oracle DBMS;
Familiarity withWeb and Client-Server architectures;
Unix and Windows scripting skills;
FluentFrench, and solid communication inEnglish.
Bonus: ServiceNow, Confluence, Office 365, and knowledge of leasing or banking
