SEG Automotive Portugal, Unipessoal Lda. is the SEG group's Shared Service Center.How your future looks like with us This role will be responsible for establishing and continuously enhancing theZCZL Group'sglobal legal affairs management framework to ensure its worldwide operations comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR). Establish and strengthen the Group's global legal affairsmanagement sys tem. Provide guidance, oversight and reviews of legal affairs work across the Group's global subsidiaries. Act, upon authorization by the legal representatives of the Group and its global subsidiaries, as their agent in litigation, non-litigation matters and arbitration. Guide legal work related to asset disposals and employee placement arrangements for the Group and its global subsidiaries. Provide legal and compliance support for major business decisions, investment and financing activities, and key compliance initiatives. Drive legal digitization and compliance capability building to support the successful implementation of the Group's globalization strategy. Review, develop and continuously improve the Group's rules and regulations to ensure they are lawful and standardized. Draft, review and oversee the Group's contract templates and other contractual documents.What you bring with you for a future with us Master's Degree in Law. 8+ years of legal management experience in multinational companies. Experience in legal management at the headquarters of a multinational company. Proficient in relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Company Law, Contract Law), with strong knowledge of international compliance (e.g., FCPA, GDPR, antitrust) and cross-border legal affairs. Well-versed in corporate governance and compliance management. Knowledge of the legal framework for investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capital markets is a plus. Proficient in handling litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, with experience managing complex matters. Fluent command of the English language is required. Soft skills: ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; high flexibility; critical thinking and analysis abilities.
